How to make vegan pizza? Easy!
I don’t know about you guys, but I am a pizza lover! I don’t want to eat pizza everyday, because there is so much other delicious foods. But I make it once a week almost every week. I prefer to make it at home, because I can use all the ingredients vegan. I find my vegan cheese on website called Orca. But you can buy vegan cheese in every local health care store.
So, I wanted to share with you my recipe for home made pizza.
Ingredients, which you will need for pizza bread:
- 500 g of flour
- 25 g of yeast
- 2 dcl water
- 1 dcl vegetable milk
- 3 tblsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of sugar
Firstly, put the yeast in a 1 dcl of warm water with a tee spoon of sugar and wait for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the flour and salt together in a large bowl. When 20 minutes are over, slowly pour the yeast into the flour and add milk and olive oil. Then you knead all the ingredients together into the dough. If necessary, you can add more water or more flour depending the texture of the dough. When you finish, grease the dough with some oil and cover the bowl with food foil or a kitchen cloth. Put it into the fridge for at least one hour.
After one hour you just need to divide the dough to your baking dish. And start to put veggies on. If you’re not a big oil fan, you can use just a little bit more of tomatoes, because they are juicy. But if you don’t mind the oil, I would recommend to fry your veggies half done on coconut oil, before you put them on pizza. I would use any veggies on pizza. I think that I put only arugula and avocado on pizza after it’s baked. Sometimes I put a vegan cheese on it, sometimes not.
