How to deal with stress?!
I don’t know about you guys, but for me sometimes life can get very stressful. And it’s funny, because only I see it that way. If some stranger caught me in the street, he wouldn’t imagine how many things are bothering and stressing me.:)
Today I want to talk about stress and how to deal with it. There are many ways how to deal with it and you can find them everywhere on the internet. But I want to share with you what works for me and give you some tips.
Stress can come from a different factors or segments of life. And I face with it differently.
Let say that I feel stressed because I’m tired. In this case, I will drop any obligation that I have for the day and go to bed to sleep and to get some rest.
When I feel stressed mentally, I really like to have some quiet time for myself. I turn off my cell phone and I watch some of my favourite films. When I watch I don’t think about anything except what is going on in the movie. Everything must wait, until I get strong and motivated again.
Sometimes I don’t feel psychically so well, my feet, arms and my back hurts. In this situation massage changes everything. It feels amazing and afterwards I feel more connected to my body.
It is also very typical for me to be over concerned about the things that I’m currently working on. From time to time this makes me so overwhelmed, that I need to stop thinking about everything. In this case, I go for a walk in the nature or around the city with my boyfriend. I breathe deep and I smile, and this calms me and I get motivated again.
This are my simple ways, how to quickly deal with stress and to avoid depression. However we all are different from each other, what will work for someone maybe won’t work for others.
