At the end of this year I want to make a self reflection of the year 2019. What are the things that I am truly grateful for? The things and experiences that I will remember. Also, gratitude is a powerful technique for building a positive mindset.
Things That I’m Grateful For
When I am sad I often think of all the things that I’m grateful for. Like this I get quickly in better mood. The one thing that I cherish the most is my health and I’m the most grateful for. I can’t imagine how it is to be sick or to have a disease. Constantly at the doctors, constantly tired, that must be awful. For me, looking over my health is an everyday practice and work. Secondly, to have someone that believes in you even when you don’t believe in yourself. For me, this is my better half-my boyfriend. Whenever I am feeling down and I pity myself, why can’t I do things better, he is there. Telling me, I can do this, step by step. Every dream that I have in my mind. Feeling most grateful for him!
Now when is a holiday Christmas season I have much to be grateful for. In our supermarkets there is a lot of healthy food options to choose from. Although we are just renting this apartment, I have a roof over my head, I am warm and safe. I have a job that I like. And my website is almost perfectly done!;) Also having warm winter boots
So, you see there is so much to be grateful for. Just think about your life in this way and I’m sure you’ll find so many things you can be very much grateful for!
