Hello guys, here is one another dessert recipe. This time for a vegan chocolate cake. So I made two versions to try which one is better. And they are both really really delicious. First one that I made was with chocolate dressing. Second one was with a whipped cream.
Recipe For Vegan Chocolate Cake
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon baking powder
- 1 tea spoon baking soda
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup vegetable milk
Bake for 20 minutes on 170 ºC.
After baking, leave it to cool down for an hour. When it’s cooled down, cut it in the midle. Spread home made strawberry jam and top it with banana. At this point you can change my recipe, instead of jam and bananas, you can use nuts or chocolate spread of your choice. Now, put the other half back again on the top. For the frosting, you can now use chocolate or cream. If you are using chocolate, use the dark one and melt it with vegetable milk. For the whipped cream topping, I’m using vegan soy cream on the picture below.
