This week I wanted to share with you a plant based recipe that I make almost every week. It is so easy and quick to make. The recipe is for brownies with grounded almonds. I love recipes like that, they are soo delicious and you can make them the last minute.
recipe for almond brownies
The recipe:
1 cup flour
1 cup grounded almonds
1 cup sugar
3/4 cocoa powder
1 tea spoon baking powder
1 tea spoon baking soda
1 spoon vanilla extract
1 tea spoon himalayan salt
1 cup coconut oil
1 cup vegetable milk
Firstly mix all the dry ingridients in one bowl. Then mix oil, milk and vanilla extract in another bowl. Stir and mix the two bowls together, leave to rest for 10 minutes and then mix again and put it to the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes on 350 °F/ 170 °C.
