Raw Vegan Lemon Dessert Served In A Glass
Raw vegan lemon dessert is my second recipe for a healthy dessert in a glass. My first recipe is a vegan chocolate chia pudding.
I like to experiment and trying new recipes. For this dessert in a glass I reused an old wine glasses. But you can use every glass or bowl that you want. On the bottom I laid some mixed nuts. I used my Bosch kitchen appliance to grind them. I bake most of the time, but this recipe is a raw vegan recipe. Next step was a raw lemon cream.
Ingridients that you need:
150g cashews nuts-overnight soaked
200ml coconut milk
3 table spoons of agave syrup
juice of one lemon
1 table spoon of coconut oil
I mixed everything in Bosch kitchen appliance and put the cream above nuts. Moreover, if you are in a hurry, just put the dessert into the fridge for at least two hours or overnight. But, if you have some time, garnish with the left over chrushed mixed nuts and a slice of fresh lemon.This is how you can make raw vegan lemon dessert quickly and with healthy ingridients.
