How to make Vegan Oat Cookies? – Healthy Dessert

One year ago I found out this amazing and so easy recipe for vegan oat cookies. And since then I am making them regularly. The recipe is also very useful for the upcoming holidays.

So in this post I want to share with a super easy recipe of vegan oat cookies.

These are so easy and very quick to make them. When you are in hurry you just mix everything together, form mass into cookies on a baking dish. Let them bake for 20 minutes and you’re done.


The main two ingredients are: slightly grind oat flakes and ripe bananas. And then you can add any ingredient you want. For example, I added coconut flakes, cocoa, cinnamon, and a tea spoon of vegan egg replacement. But you can add frozen berries, goji berries, nuts, or any super food you want.


I you have regular oat flakes you can soak them in an apple juice for a little bit. First you must mix two bananas with forks. And then you can add all the ingredients.

Finally you put the cookies in the oven for 20 minutes on 180 °C.
