Favourite Festive Recipes

As the Christmas holidays are coming up really soon I wanted to share with you some favourite festive recipes. Quick and easy to make dessert recipes when you have unexpected visitors coming to your home. Or if you want to make Sunday lunch more special.

First of all, I am a big chocoholic, I love chocolate in every form. So there is no surprise that my favourite recipe is a recipe for chocolate brownies;).


Ingredients you will need:

  •  2 cup flour
  • 1,5 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup choc chip

Using a mixer or not, mix dry ingredients together and then add oil and milk. Then bake for 20 minutes on a preheated oven on 350 F/176°C.

Second recipe:

Next one is a recipe for quick to make cookies. I already made a post about them. You can find this recipe here;)

Third Recipe is also a cookie recipe:

  • 150 g coconut sugar
  • 60 g coconut oil
  • 125 g grounded almonds
  • 1-2 dcl vegetable milk
  • 2 tbls vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g flour

At the end put the cookies in the oven for 10-15min on 180°C.

Another recipe is a cake:)

  • 1,5 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tbs lemon zest

Finally bake around 25-30min on 180°C.

Moreover a tip that I want to give to you is to buy organic products, it adds a little bit more to desserts. I buy mine in DM-BIO.

In conclusion, these simple festive recipes make my Sunday and Holidays much more sweeter :D.
