A book recommendation:
In this post I want to talk about book called The China Study. I am sure that many of you already know it. The China Study was published in 2005 and is one of best-selling books about nutrition. It is a book by T.Colin Campbell and Thomas M. Campbell II. It examines nutritional facts and relationships between animal products and different chronic diseases, importance of nutritional value and tells information about “behind the scenes” in scientific research.
It is not a book with a “new diet” but a study with scientific facts about relationship between food and body biochemistry. Although it is a scientific based book it is easy to read for every reader. I’ve read the book twice already and I really like it.
I RECOMMEND this book to everyone, not just for people who are close to food and nutrition but really for everyone. Because the book is a journey to finding the truth.
